I would love to know what you ladies do to keep motivated in the diet and exercise department! I began a concentrated effort to lose weight about a month ago. My wonderful husband bought me a new treadmill and I am also trying very hard to nix processed foods and drink plenty of water (half my body weight in ounces, which is difficult.) I have lost about 7 lbs. since I started!! :) What do you do? Do you have any tips for keeping up your energy for a tired momma of four? Often, I hit the floor running and I'm exhausted by the end of the day, so it's hard for me to make myself exercise.
